Reiki Energy Healing System
Reiki (pronounced Ray- Key) is a universal life force energy linked to the Earth element and founded by Mikao Usui. This low-vibration energy system can be channelled through your hands and is used for deep relaxation and natural healing.
Reiki energy works in harmony with the etheric and physical bodies. It is a beautiful foundational energy to start your journey as an energy healer.
The 3 Levels of Reiki Energy Activation

Reiki Energy Activation
To become a Reiki practioner, you will first need to receive an energy activation or attunement. During an attunement ceremony, your chakras and higher senses will expand, allowing you to clear old energies and blockages. This raises your vibration and opens you up to a range of non-physical energy.
After an energy activation, you will go through a 21-integration period of self-healing and clearing. ​​​
Channelling Reiki Energy
Once you're activated, you will have the power to channel that specific Reiki energy level for the rest of your life. When channelling Reiki energy, you may experience the flow of energy as heat or as a tingling sensation.

Reiki and Ashati are separate energy healing systems vibrating on different frequencies yet complimenting each other. They both offer unique healing purposes that benefit your personal healing and your work as a healer. You will experience an abundance of different energies to channel for healing and clearing.

Both Reiki and the Ashati healing system use hand positions centred over the main chakras. Both of these systems can also be used in over-distance healing.
