Moving Through The Chakra System

Embark on a series of seven workshops designed to explore the vibrational web of our chakra system, which serves as a gateway between the outer world and your inner world. As the essential energetic backbone linked to our physical body, disruptions or imbalances in these energy centers can have a profound impact on various levels of our lives, influencing our mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

We recommend participating in all seven events throughout the year, as each chakra is deliberately connected to the others, forming a unified intricate system where their functions and principles intertwine and mutually support each other.

By delving into each chakra individually, we will explore its unique purpose and identify the root of our challenges. Ultimately, understanding each of our chakras leads to an understanding of our health and imbalances—taking you on a journey to transform your consciousness, where you will connect spirit with matter.

We will blend and practice diverse healing methods, including restorative yoga postures, breathwork, essential oils, crystal healing, sound & mantras, card reading, and energy healing, providing tools for clearing, healing, expanding, balancing, and realigning your chakra system. This process will support you in healing on multiple levels and teach you about the universal principles that you can apply effectively.

Event Dates 2024: 24-February (Root/Base chakra), 16-March (Sacral chakra), 4-May (Solar Plexus chakra), 27-July (Heart chakra), 17-August (Throat chakra), 14-September (3rd Eye chakra), 09-November (Crown chakra)

Duration of each event: Each event is scheduled for 2.5 hours.

Location: All events will take place on the Sunshine Coast (exact location to be announced).
